Orders & Processing
We process and dispatch your order within 1–2 days.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to logistics issues or high order volume.
Delivery usually takes 7–8 days pan India after dispatch.
If there’s an unexpected delay from the courier, we keep you updated.

Shipping
Yes — Free shipping on orders above ₹1999.
For orders below ₹1999, shipping is ₹60.
Currently, COD is not available, but it will be introduced soon.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 10–15 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused and in original condition.
Yes — a 10% return handling fee is deducted from your refund.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we replace it at no extra cost.
Yes, exchanges are available if the requested size is in stock.
Refunds
Refunds (after QC approval) are processed back to you with a 10% deduction for return handling.
Defective items → No deduction.
