Once we receive the returned item and approve it after inspection, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns for other reasons (size/fit preference) may incur shipping costs or a restocking fee (e.g., 10%)—we will specify this at approval time.
