This Shipping Policy details our shipping methods, delivery times, costs and related conditions.
4.1 Shipping Coverage
We ship within India to all states and union territories unless specifically excluded.
4.2 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
4.3 Delivery Time
Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. In remote areas, delivery may take longer.
4.4 Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹1999;
Standard shipping charge of ₹60 for orders below ₹999.
These charges are shown at checkout and are subject to change.
4.5 Tracking Information
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the courier tracking number. You can track your order on our website’s “Order Tracking” Section.
4.6 Transit Risk & Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the order and courier attempts delivery 2-3 times without success, the order may be returned to us. We are not responsible for additional charges due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery.
4.7 International Orders
Currently we do not ship outside India. (Alternatively: For international shipments duties and import taxes are borne by the customer.)
4.8 Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, and courier failures.
4.9 Changes to This Policy
