Welcome to Bolbo (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.bolbo.in (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Eligibility

We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications and colours of products. However, actual colours may vary due to screen settings or lighting conditions. All product availability is subject to change without notice.
1.4 Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated, and are valid only at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed through the Site’s checkout; orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
1.5 Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error). If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you the full amount without interest.
1.6 Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

1.11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, maharashtra, India.
